How much does a project cost?
Each project is unique. After a first consultation and a careful assessment of your goals, we create a tailored quote. Costs are always transparent and predictable, with no hidden fees. Typically, a 50% deposit is requested at the start, with the balance due upon completion.
Do you also offer website maintenance and support after launch?
Yes. We provide continuous support and recommend regular updates for security, performance, and user experience. Maintenance packages include security updates, backups, performance optimization, and compatibility checks with new technologies — ensuring your website runs smoothly at all times.
Can I manage and update my website myself?
Of course. We work with user-friendly platforms like WordPress and Elementor, making it easy for clients to update their content. Training or tutorials can be provided, so you feel confident managing your site. For more advanced changes or customizations, our support is always available.
Do you also work internationally?
Yes. Although Pixelo is based in Romania, we collaborate with clients worldwide. With clear communication, online meetings, and efficient project management, distance has never been a barrier to successful partnerships.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project. A logo design can take 2–3 weeks, while a full brand identity or website might take several months. During our initial discussions, we provide a realistic timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process.
